Is this legal, clinical, or regulatory advice?
No. This is an operational readiness tool written for non-clinical managers to confirm paperwork exists and is complete. It is not a substitute for advice from your prescriber's indemnity body, the GMC/NMC/GDC/GPhC, your local authority licensing team, a data protection specialist, or a solicitor. Always confirm current requirements with the relevant regulator before relying on any single criterion.
Do I need all three sections?
If you have one urgent gap (for example, social media consent), Entry lets you buy just that section. Most clinic managers preparing for a full inspection choose Standard, which covers all three regulatory domains.
What's the difference between Premium and Standard?
